Air Show

So yesterday we went to the airshow we had fun, we got a little fried in some areas but we had fun. Here are a few pics from the day:
They had the Clydsdale horses there which are always cool too see

This is a P-51 mustang Nathan's favorite airplane and the vampire bat is the same patch from his old unit in Kadena so that was cool too see

This is a pink fire truck covered in the breast cancer ribbons with peoples names and stories it was really cool too see that there I took this pic for my mom

This is a picture from the heritage flight they did its 2 P-51's, an A-10, and the new F-22 Raptor its neat to see them all flying together and too see how the aircraft has changed over time

We're still nursing our sunburns but it was worth it and it was a fun free event! The icing on the cake was since we still have our id cards we were able to park on base so that was really nice that we didnt have to walk too far although we did do a lot of walking during the day and looking at everything. It was just a good fun day, there should be more pics to come later one we get them from one of Nathans friends he was trying out his new camera that day so he took most the pics

tomorrow

So, I haven't updated in a few days so I figured I better get on it...today wasnt too eventful although I did get cussed out on a call today at work! We went out with one of his friends after I got off work and had dinner and tomorrow we are going to the airshow at Luke and will hopefully have some neat pics to post then! I'm getting ready for bed I'm beat.

eventful

I had an eventful day today did several loads of laundry, straightened up the house, swept and mopped the floors, cleaned up the kitchen, hung up some stuff on the walls that I had procrastinated about, did some scrapbooking and organized some other pages that I want to do later, ran some errands, dusted, vaccumed and cooked dinner and here soon I will be getting ready for bed - I'm tired and I still have clothes to put away!

Favorite Present

This is my favorite Christmas present that I received this past Christmas. My sister Tiffany had this made for me and I love it, its so thoughtful and unique to us. It reads The Bartimoccia Family Est. 2002. Thanks Tiffany for thinking of such an awesome gift that hopefully even our kids will cherish one day. It will always have a place in our home. You can click on the picture to enlarge and better see the sign. Dont mind the mess on top of the cabinets - its right now a mixture of space and I havent done anything with it yet obviously!

Happy Birthday

Today is Nathan's birthday. Last night we did his birthday celebration with his family and tonight we are doing dinner and dessert with my parents - so he gets two birthdays!! Happy Birthday Sweetie I hope you have a good relaxing day Love you

Award

So today at work I got presented a service excellence award by the highest manager in our center. All the supervisors on our floor were also there for the presentation. I was excited and suprised to be recognized with an award that only a handful of people in our center have and for just doing my job and doing it well. We also get performance evaluations monthly and the highest score you can get is a 5, but my score for the month of February was 5.33 - which actually its only for 2 wks. of the month because the other two weeks of feb. I was helping train some new hires. I was really excited to have a higher score than you can have!

So last night I checked the mail and was excited to see that our awesome friends Matt and Crystal sent us a box of some of our favorite things from Okinawa. She sent a couple different flavors of Hi-chews an awesome candy and a new okinawa living magazine that I enjoyed reading imbetween phone calls today. Thanks so much you guys we miss doing dinners and hanging out with you guys. Crystal I will try to call you guys sometime this weekend!! Heres a picture of the stuff we received
