Catching Up!

Ok, Ok I know its been awhile since I've blogged...but not a whole lot of excitement has been going on around here lately, except for cleaning up pee and throw up from the rugrats which isnt a good blog topic! We might get an opportunity to go up in a police helicopter so that will be exciting! Hopefully we will get to do that. So, here is a pic that I've been meaning to post of me in my jacket and helmet.

Holidays

Aren't Holidays with the family grand? For the first time in the 6 1/2 yrs since we've been married we spent Easter with the family. Although we cannot be in two places at once so on Saturday night we did dinner with my parents and on Sunday we went to his Grandmas house for all the Easter fun. We are already dreading Mothers day and Fathers day this year and the rest of the holidays....how do you choose one family over another and one parent over another.....just hate always feeling guilty and that we have to make everyone else happy. Anyways....I'm happy that I do not have to wait until June to change my schedule it will actually take effect tomorrow, so I am really happy about that. Here are some pics from Easter at his Grandmas house, it was a fun time. After we got home Nathan and I went through some of the neighborhoods on his bike since I got my helmet in the other day, it was kinda scary, but its ok!

Motorcycles

So as all of you know by now my husband has a sport bike which is his new hobby consuming his time. So in the effort of us spending more time together and doing activities together I will soon be joining him sometimes on the rides only on certain rides and not like every time. So this is the gear that I will be getting so I ride with him since I wont get on it without a helmet and jacket. So here are the pics they are nice and girly!!!!!

Exciting Day

So today at work I found out that effective 1 June I get to change my schedule to be more compatable with my husbands. I would then be working 8:15-5:45 with wednesdays and sundays off and on saturdays I would only have to work 8:15-12:15 vs. the current shift of 10:30-7 with thursdays and sundays off and no half days on saturday. It will give us more time to do stuff since hes off on the weekends and we will be able to eat dinner at a normal time again! I cant wait until I get to change my shift. Here soon I'll have to start waking up earlier to get used to it again! I'm so excited
